Art House offers two studio spaces for Artists-in-Residence. The work-spaces are accessible 24/7, and include utilities, heat, air-condition, and free Wi-Fi internet. The monthly fees range from $300-500 with a three month minimum agreement. The selected artist is expected to create a new body of work in the space, and is guaranteed a solo exhibition. Artists are encouraged to open their studios to the public, and professional critics/curators may be available for consultation.

Art House is located just 10 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Long Beach Island, NJ. As an active force in the local cultural community, Art House is host to a variety of networking events and happenings for artists, musicians and poets. Artists-in-Residence are encouraged to attend these events.

Art House maintains the highest standards of quality in contemporary art. Space is also very limited, making the Artists-in-Residency program extremely competitive.
